Use COD When Possible

For first-time purchases from unknown sellers, prefer Cash on Delivery. Avoid direct bank transfers.

Phone Call & SMS Safety

Golden Rule

No bank, government agency, or legitimate company will ever ask for your OTP, PIN, password, or card details over phone or SMS.

Fake KYC Calls

Banks never call to update KYC over phone. Visit your branch instead.

Lottery/Prize Calls

You cannot win a lottery you never entered. Ignore such calls completely.

Fake Customer Care

Always find customer care numbers from official websites or apps, not Google search.

Calls claiming illegal items in your parcel are fake. Real authorities don't call for money.

  • Verify broker registration on SEBI website
  • Be skeptical of guaranteed high returns
  • Research thoroughly before investing
